About the CompanyEden Springs Sp. z o.o. is part of the Eden Group, which operates in 18 countries and is one of the leading suppliers of water and coffee to businesses and households. The company provides high-quality products while ensuring customer convenience and satisfaction.
ChallengesEden Springs faced difficulties in acquiring new customers at acceptable costs. Despite running lead generation campaigns, the cost of acquiring leads was too high, preventing the scalability of marketing efforts. The company needed a solution that would allow more efficient budget management and improved campaign performance.
SolutionsTo address these challenges, I implemented comprehensive marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on acquiring high-quality leads. Initially, these campaigns generated leads at acceptable costs; however, as the budget increased, the cost per lead also rose.
After conducting detailed analyses, it was identified that demand for water significantly increased on sunny days and decreased on rainy days. In response to this data, an innovative solution was introduced – a script integrated with a weather service that dynamically adjusted advertising bids based on weather conditions. When the weather was rainy, bids were lowered, and on sunny days, they were increased, enabling more efficient budget utilization.
Thanks to this solution, it became possible to acquire a significantly higher number of leads at optimal costs, facilitating the scaling of marketing efforts. Initially, the campaigns were conducted exclusively in Poland, but after a few months of collaboration, the operations expanded to 9 countries and were conducted in 7 languages. In each of these markets, increasing sales were achieved through effectively optimized marketing campaigns.
Conclusion By implementing modern marketing strategies and utilizing a dynamic budget management model based on weather conditions, Eden Springs achieved a significant improvement in campaign efficiency. Scaling operations to new markets and optimizing lead acquisition costs contributed to increased sales and further international expansion of the company.
